As a birth doula, I provide physical, emotional, and educational support so that you can focus on your birth, knowing that you are cared for. My approach is a little bit science, a little bit rock & roll—I make sure you have all of the evidence-based information you need to make confident decisions for your family while empowering you to tap into your instincts, beat to your own drum, and be unapologetically yourself as you make the incredible, awesome transition from person to parent. And we will get in a few laughs along the way, too.

I love to attend all births, whether you choose to have your baby at a hospital, birth center, or at home. I honor and respect your birth preferences without judgment, as I trust the families I work with to make informed choices that are in line with their values and unique preferences. I work for YOU, not your care provider or birthplace. Birth doula services include:
